About Me

Welcome to my clinic where the ancient art of acupuncture meets modern wellness. Our mission is to help you achieve optimal health and well-being through personalized, holistic treatments tailored to your unique needs.
Stanley Mansfield
I have a Masters in Acupuncture (2023), Chinese Herbal Medicine Certification (2024) from the Won Institute of Graduate Studies. I am currently enrolled in the Doctor of Acupuncture program. I have a deep understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine and a passion for integrative health care, and am dedicated to helping patients achieve balance and harmony in their lives.

Philosophy
The doctor earns only when the patient thrives, except in the face of trauma or accidents. My mission is to maintain and fine-tune the body for peak performance. When a patient arrives in less than perfect health, I an committed to transforming them, guiding them to reach and maintain their peak ultimate physical and emotional potential.
Even peak athletes receive regular treatments to maintain their health. Patients who are already "stabilized" typically visit at least seasonally to adjust for changes in seasons or life events, ensuring they remain in optimal condition.

Early Study
From childhood, I had the opportunity to travel abroad to Africa, Europe, and Asia. I started studying Yoshukai Karate in 1976 after a trip to Japan and have enjoyed martial arts ever since. Growing up in Daytona Beach, Florida, I developed an appreciation for our bodies as designed entities and how we interact with nature.
My journey continued with martial arts, focusing on how foods, herbs, supplements, nutrition, and specialized workout schedules maintain optimal health. I engaged in activities like bicycling, body surfing, snorkeling, and scuba diving, earning a PADI certification. At the University of Florida, I explored karate, gymnastics, and fencing, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in Classical Studies.
I furthered my education at Westminster Theological Seminary, earning a Th.M., M.Div., and M.A.R.

Cultural and Community Interaction
While attending seminary, I became involved in inner-city ministry and outreach through Professor John Skilton. I eventually became executive director of Skilton House Ministries, serving Southeast Asian refugee children and starting Operation Brotherhood, which provided over 2,500 food baskets in Philadelphia. My involvement with diverse communities gave me a deep understanding of the stresses faced by individuals in various life situations.
