Food & Nutritional Recommendations
Acupuncturists long ago discovered that combining food and nutritional recommendations with acupuncture and herbs produces better, faster results.

With all of us facing greater environmental and life stressors than ever before, providing nutritional support has never been more critical.
As a practioner, I recommend nutritional supplements made with whole food or the best synthesized and other ingredients with the science and clinical effectiveness or application to back their efficacy. Reinforcing Chinese herbal medicine’s approach to synergistic healing, our formulas include a balanced blend of whole food nutrients from plant, mineral, and animal origin often known as herbal ingredients. The root, cortex, stem, leaf, flower, and fruits can have different energetic and organ systems effected.
Nutritional supplements should be:

Pure: Free from cheap fillers, binders, or unnecessary additives.
Non-Artificial: Formulated without artificial flavoring or color.
Refined: Thoroughly screened to ensure no toxins, heavy metals, bacteria, or contaminants.
Accurate: Potency of the type [synthetic, bioactive, and/or natural food based], dosage amount, and frequency of usage are taken into account when dosing. The type, dosage, and frequency of supplements are individually tailored to a person's needs.
